astray, however, and so we have put together the following guide to help you use
both the shopping features as well as the host of community facilities included
in GSMPRO.com.

The process of shopping with GSMPRO begins with a visit to the GSM Shop.
You can, of course, enter the product in which you are interested in the
Search textbox on the Home page and then click the Go ( )button.
This will display list of products and or News Articles that match your Search
criteria. Clicking the Advanced Search option will let you refine your search
criteria to make it increasingly specific.
If you want to browse the store, however, the GSM Shop is the best place to
start as it presents you with a full screen menu letting you select Mobiles by
Size Type or Brand. You access the GSM Shop either by the horizontal menu at the
top of all pages or the menu option located on the left hand side of all pages.
Whether you have clicked a Brand of Mobile or a Size Type or maybe you have
entered a unit in the Search textbox, you should be automatically be taken to a
list of products that meet your requirement.
Tip
For quick access to the brands, use the menu option on the left and select
your desired Brand from the sub-menu that appears.
Products are normally displayed in a list with a picture, a brief description
and the cost.
If a large number of products are displayed, you can sort them by Name or
Cost by clicking the menu items at the top of each Catalog page.
If you want to see more information about the product, you can click either
the product name or the product image. This will display a Product Information
Sheet showing details of all the unit's features.
You can compare various features of multiple handsets using the compare
facility available at the site. Once you are in the catalogue section and
looking at the list of different products, you will see a check box( )to
select the products that you wish to compare. Once selected, scroll down to the
bottom of the page and you will see the Compare button( ).
Once you click compare, you will arrive at a page with a well laid out table
structure where a comparison of product features is displayed. At this page, you
can add preferred products to the shopping cart, wish list or delete products
selected for comparison.
On both the Catalog page and the Product Information Sheet, you have a
Wishlist ( )and a Shopping Cart ( )button.
When these buttons are displayed next to a product they allow you to Add that
product to either your Wishlist or your shopping cart.
Before you can do this, however, you will need to login. <<

If you have not logged onto the site and you try to use one of the member
features, you will be presented with a login screen.
At the Login screen, you are required to enter the login name and your
password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Forgot you
Password? link and your password will be automatically emailed to your
registered email address. Once logged in, you will arrive at the member services
page and you will see the members horizontal menu on top that allows you to
access privileged services at the site that are available only to the members.
Use of cookies at the site will automatically recognise you if you have
logged on to the site earlier from the same machine. If you are a different
user, you can disable the cookies and proceed as a new user. <<

Whenever you are browsing the product catalog or looking at a Product
Information Sheet, you can Add a Product to your Shopping Cart simply by
clicking the button that
appears next to the product. If you instead of creating an immediate purchase,
you just want to store the product for later reference, you can Add it to your
Wishlist by clicking the button
next to the product.
Adding a product tour your Wishlist or Shopping Cart also displays the
current items that you have in those areas. If you want to view these areas
without adding a product, you can click the
or buttons that appear at the
top of every page.
Once inside your shopping cart or Wishlist, you can move items between the
two areas by clicking the appropriate or
button, or you can delete
items by clicking the

Once you have added the required products to the shopping cart you can
proceed to check out using 
button. You may change the quantity at any time and update the cart using 
button. Once you have selected checkout, you will be asked to enter or confirm
your delivery and billing address. If you have not entered any addresses before,
the system will allow you to enter new addresses. Once the addresses are
entered, use the  button to
proceed.
At this stage you will be asked to select your preferred method of payment.
If you are paying by credit card, you will be required to enter credit card
details at this stage.
Once the payment option is selected press
to select the Shipping method.
Once the shipping method is selected you will arrive at the screen that
offers you a full view of all options selected so far. You are able to go back
and make any changes at this stage.
Select  to proceed.
You will see an order confirmation message with your order ID. An email will
be sent to your registered email address confirming your order. You can log on
to the site later to check the status of your order and progress in shipping.

Once logged on, you will arrive at the member services page. You can arrive
at the member services page from anywhere in the site using my account link from
the horizontal menu. You will be able to access various member services through
the menu in the page body. These services are explained below.
Managing Your Addresses
This link will lead you to a structured form where you will be able to enter
and edit your contact addressees. These addresses can be used for delivery
purposes when ordering products.
Updating Your Profile
This facility will allow you to enter, edit or modify your personal profile,
email address, password etc.
Subscriptions
GSMPRO.com has a number of subscriptions available for the registered
members. Such subscriptions include a monthly newsletter, information on product
releases, new product arrivals etc. GSMPRO.com may include new subscriptions
from time to time and members have the ability to subscribe or unsubscribe to
these services.
Suggestions
GSMPRO welcomes suggestions from the site members. This would allow us to
improve and expand the site features and functionality for the convenience of
the users. You will view a structured form where you can enter your comments and
send them to GSMPRO.com.
Previous Orders
Site members are able to view their previous orders placed through the site.
You will be able to view a table with the order number, date of purchase, cost
etc.
Referred Purchases
If you are a GSMPRO site member who operates an external web site, you can
offer our products and services through your site for free and earn incentives.
You will be able to view any referred purchases of GSMPRO products that came

GSMPRO.com offers a number of community facilities for the members.
GSMPRO.com will enhance and offer new services from time to time. Facilities
that are currently available are explained below.
Email
Site members are given a free email address (eg. membername@gsmpro.com)
facility as soon as they register through the site. You are able to access the
facility using the email link from the top menu.
Chat
GSMPRO has incorporated a chat facility at the site for members. This will
allow you to chat with friends and other site members through an easy to use and
fast interface. Access to the chat facility is available from the top menu
SMS (Short Message Service)
In order to offer a quick and easy communication facility at the site,
GSMPRO.com has an integrated SMS (Short Messaging Service) facility. This is
accessible through the top user menu. Site members will be able to send text SMS
messages. You can send ring tones ( )and
screen images ( )via SMS.
These are available under the Downloads section of the site.
Downloads
This section of the site offers a wide collection of ring tones, screen
images (English & Arabic) to personalize your mobile phone handset. The
feature is accessible through the Download link on the Top menu. These ring
tones and screen images can be sent to your friends via the SMS facility
