GSMPRO.com shall give warranty to all the Products which is purchased from it within the framework of
which it is obliged to give warranty to the product from the date on which the customer purchases a Product from
GSMPRO.Com. GSMPRO.com undertakes to repair or replace any defective part of the product or the product in full,
provided that it should be satisfied with the causes for the defect or malfunction of the product. At the time of the
purchase of the product, GSMPRO.com shall furnish the customer with a Certificate of Warranty. GSMPRO.com reserves the
right to alter the terms and conditions of the warranty at its discretion from time to time depending upon the
requirements of the circumstances or changes in the rules and regulations governing the commercial laws of the country.
But whatever warranties are offered prior to the variations of the terms and conditions will be valid for the existing
customers and GSMPRO.com guarantees all such sorts of warranties for such customers. The warranty concept is restricted
to the full payment of the full consideration of the products by the customer.
A three year limited warranty is granted for systems, not accessories, purchased in the United Arab
Emirates and a standard one year warranty is given for systems, not accessories, purchased and shipped outside the
United Arab Emirates.
This warranty cover gives the customer specific legal rights. GSMPRO.com responsibility for the
malfunctions and defects in the products is limited to repair and replacements as set forth in the warranty certificate
issued at the time of the sale of the product. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not
limited to any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited
in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after such
period.
GSMPRO.com does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth in this warranty statement or
liability for incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation any liability for products not being
available for use or for lost data.
Damage due to shipping the product to you is covered under this warranty. Otherwise, this warranty
does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, servicing not authorized by GSMPRO.com,
usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems
caused by use of parts and components not supplied by GSMPRO.com.
GSMPRO.com owns all parts removed from repaired products. GSMPRO.com uses new and reconditioned parts
made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If GSMPRO.com repairs or
replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended.
