LEGAL BASES OF THE COMPETITION

1. Organizer
The contest is organized by GSMPRO.CL

2. Purpose of the Contest and Dynamics
All those who purchase processors on the website WWW.GSMPRO.CL between June 19, 2025, and June 30, 2025 (both dates inclusive) are automatically eligible to participate.
Each purchase grants numbers for the draw proportional to the purchase amount: the higher the purchase amount, the greater the number of numbers and the greater the chances of winning.

Distribution of Numbers for the Draw:

Each processor purchased grants participation tickets for the raffle, according to the value of the processor purchased, as follows:

The two highest value processors, Intel Core i9 11900K and AMD Ryzen 7 7700X , grant 3 tickets for each unit purchased .
The following listed processors grant 2 tickets for each unit purchased : Intel Core i7 14700K, AMD Ryzen 7 7700, Intel Core i5 13600KF.
All other processors not listed above give 1 ticket for each unit purchased .

This way, the more and higher-value processors you purchase, the greater the number of accumulated tickets and, therefore, the greater the probability of winning.

Example: If a customer purchases an Intel Core i9 11900K (3 tickets) and two Intel Core i7 14700K (2 tickets each), they will receive a total of 7 raffle tickets.

3. Prize
The prize consists of 1 (one) Patriot P400 Lite M.2 PCIe Gen 4 x4 1TB SSD, new.

4. Participation and Restrictions

Participation valid only for residents of Chile.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
The Contest is NOT sponsored or administered by Patriot, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
GSMPRO.CL is not responsible for the warranty of the product once it has been delivered.

5. Key Dates

Participation starts: June 19, 2025
Closing date: June 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
Winner announcement date: July 5, 2025 via email and official GSMPRO social media.

6. Award Ceremony
The prize will be delivered via GSMPRO.CL style shipping (we will send your order in a generic box to offer you the best price) to the address provided by the winner.

7. Refunds
Partial or full refunds do not apply to purchases made with the intention of participating in the contest.

8. Acceptance of Bases
Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these legal bases.
