1- COVERAGE OF THE WARRANTY POLICY
In accordance with article 21 of law 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the client before exercising any of the rights conferred by article 20 of the aforementioned law, must make this policy effective before GSMPRO and exhaust the possibilities that it offers, according to its terms.
This Warranty Policy covers exclusively under conditions of normal use and provided that the following defects or failures are not attributable to the Customer:
Material defects inherent to the Equipment (own vice)
Manufacturing defects of the Equipment attributable to workmanship, design and engineering
The term to make this policy effective will be 3 months from the date of purchase as stipulated in consumer law.
2- EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
a) If the equipment presents manipulation and / or alteration of the software (software change)
b) If the maintenance, preventive or corrective, or any other service to the Equipment has not been provided by GSMPRO.
c) If the defects or damages are the result of improper use of the Equipment and / or accessories.
d) If the Equipment and / or its parts are disassembled.
e) If the defects or damages are caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity and / or liquid, organic or other elements.
f) If the equipment presents blows, scratches, cracks, or any alteration to its physical state, no matter how small, regardless of whether it causes the failure or not.
g) The following is a copulative requirement to make the guarantee effective:
That it has not been charged with a device that is not specified in the manufacturer's manuals.
In the case of equipment with a removable battery, the original equipment battery has not been replaced by a brand other than the manufacturer's and / or designed for another equipment.
h) If the equipment has one or two burnt pixels.
i) If the equipment is damaged by voltage fluctuations.
j) If the MEID / IMEI serial number has been tampered with, removed, erased or is unreadable.
k) There is no guarantee for team satisfaction.
l) There is no warranty for accessories such as headphones, cables, etc., that come with the cellular equipment.
3- GSMPRO It will not be responsible for expenses associated with the transfer or transportation necessary to make this Warranty Policy effective, nor does it oblige GSMPRO to provide replacement equipment or parts, while the corresponding repairs or tests are carried out. GSMPRO will inform the consumer of the failure report within a maximum period of 20 business days, from the date of warranty entry. Without this report, the equipment cannot be replaced or reimbursed.
4- WAY TO MAKE THE GUARANTEE EFFECTIVE.
To make the Guarantee Policy effective, it will be necessary to present the Equipment in GSMPRO, together with the invoice or purchase slip and this Policy.

RETURN OF MONEY IN CASE OF LOSS
In the event that the shipping logistics operator does not respond in the reported times, we will consider it lost within 15 business days and the return or management of another equipment is made.

5- DELIVERY TIME
Shipments to regions and the metropolitan region are made through Starken, Blue and Chilexpress depending on your choice. They take 10-15 business days to reach your hands.
